RESPONSIBILITIES-coordinated with project managers and landscape architects of small and large projects, events and directional meetings as a horticultural design and grounds consultant.-worked alongside the university’s planning team to construct future large scale outdoor design and urban planning on campus to improve student experience-implemented and developed the university’s tree strategy program -collaborated as Grounds Representative with the University’s Communications team -organised positive marketing for our department through sustainability, charity and events -managed all grounds related duties with team on two campuses as well as maintenance on 6 satellite campuses -supervised and managed of 5 campuses and all 16 grounds staff within them -responsible for the design, construction and maintenance of the Vice Chancellor’s garden at his personal residence -organised, liaised and directed contractors -all garden project design, implementation and installation -coordinated all outdoor events throughout campuses with events and graduation teams -managed operations system at USYD for all small projects on my related campus -organised allocated budgets for my designated campus -all general garden maintenance and grounds duties-Maintained and designed the Vice Chancellors personal residence which included preparing for all events with alumni and special guests throughout the calendar year for over 8 years-involved with transforming dead spaces into pop up student spaces

-Sourcing and researching plants from tube stock to 400Lt specimens to ex ground from various locations across Australia -Ensuring the timeliness and accuracy in processing orders -Coordinating deliveries of stock from tube stock to 400Lt specimens to ex ground-Participate in industry functions and nursery open days-Proficient in plant database and processing systems
