The high-pressure position of Senior Administrator involved downloading and updating a variety of reports for Directors and the Senior Management team, working to deadlines. I developed an advanced understanding of Excel, Access and Sage programs. This important role combined my administration duties with planning and scheduling road deliveries direct to customer’s homes, making sole decisions regarding capacity allocation to regions and vehicle/product size.
