Started out of high school with a Toledo area Professional Engineering and Surveying firm then managed a local distributor for municipal materials and handled some sales. Most of my time following was managing projects and estimating for a very competent contractor in North central Ohio. These projects ranged from $100,000 to over $ 5,000,000. Most projects involved sanitary sewer, storm sewer, waterline and site development including paving construction. During this time, I was fully involved in the development of a growing construction firm, securing a suitable accounting system and developing estimating software that married with the owners requirements and allowed flexibilities for very successful bidding.In the last fourteen years have helped several other Contractors with estimating improvements and overall business functions along with project management and some estimating. Projects to just over $ 6,000,000 with a wide range of different types of construction including structural concrete, site utilities, roadway improvements and including railroad projects all of which require maintaining owner and engineer relationships with profitable results.I am Workers Comp insured, maintain commercial insurance, drug free, and keep updated on construction site safety.
