I work with Oklahoma Cities, Towns and Counties that have been awarded Community Development Block Grants that repair, improve, or provide new construction with infrastructure projects and other community project. Once a grant is awarded I assist the grantees in following grant requirements, and regulations. Monitoring of these Grants is normally done toward the end of the project to ensure all the programmatic and financial requirements were followed before the project is completed and closed out.

Bloomfield, New Mexico

Responsible for procuring all steel, pipe, fittings, material, parts and fabrication supplies to fabricate Natural Gas Compressors. Coordinate ordering and delivery to meet production schedules. C&J offered limited line of standard compressor packages unlike other packagers that tried to customize each package to specific needs. Having standard units allowed me to Developed Ordering Templates for each package model based on the actual Bill of Material lists. This reduced ordering time, reduced inventory levels since ordering was made simpler allowing more orders for fewer quantities per order, meant less stock and warehousing. Identified and eliminated or reduced obsolete and slow moving inventory cutting inventory dollars and reduce inventory costs.

Farmington, New Mexico

Universal Compression was the second largest Compression Rental Company in the US. The Farmington office covered the San Juan Basin holding the largest concentration of Compression Equipment in the US. Responsibilities included all Operational Aspects, I increased rentals from 468 units to 834, mainly due to improvements in customer service. Reorganization of the Field Service Group by assigning mechanics to one engine model or type reduced training time, improving knowledge and capabilities resulting in reduced downtime. This greatly improved the mechanics performance, which resulted in the highest customer satisfaction rating that office ever had made resulted in the increase in rental units.

Denver, Colorado

CES started me out as a Field Service Mechanic on Natural Gas Compressors, and over the years held various positions until I was made Regional Service Manager. I worked as a Contract Manager, Project Manager, Developed Sales Strategies offering new services, Developed Training courses that reduced warranty claims and increased sales due to the quality of personnel, developed Safety Training Programs that totally turned two Regional offices around from weekly recordable injuries to setting records for going in excess of 1 year no recordable incidents. Developed, Presented, Negotiated and Awarded the single largest Service Contract with Amoco in Company history.
