Bagram Airbase

My current assignment with Vectrus is a standup project to provide operations and maintenance for the OMDAC-SWACA Program. I provide program management to support maintenance for power generation, uninterrupted power supplies and environmental control units for facilities supporting a communications mission.

Kandahar Afghanistan

The Operations Manager is a Deputy Program Manager position for the Southern ANSF-S Contract. My responsibilities are the Operations and Maintenance requirements of this contract and subcontractors. This is accomplished by providing program management and liaison with our client USACE.In addition I was also assigned by my Company Exelis to be the Program Manager on the operation and maintenance limited funds blanket purchase agreements in Southern Afghanistan (1 million per BPA), this program was awarded two BPA’s to provided base life support services for the Army Corps of Engineers regional offices in Kandahar and Camp Bastion, co-located with Camp Leatherneck in southern Afghanistan.

Afghanistan

Responsible for providing quality services under the LOGCAP IV contract for assigned Sites within my Task Force by providing project management for assigned employees, logistical coordination and liaison with the customer to execute contractual obligation under our Performance Work Statement in a safe manner by strict adherence to company and corporate policies. • Manage Teams of Craftsmen to perform operation and maintenance for assigned facilities on the Master Schedule of Work for 7 sites • Provide problem resolution and assist Sites with challenges that pertained to their scope of work or coordination required due to change managment • Ensure that all work is accomplished in accordance with the Performance Work Statement and associated Job Plans, Desktop Guides, Standard Operating Procedures and checklist that govern the execution of mission requirements, this task is accomplished primarily by training and site visits to assess current operations

Afghanistan

Responsible for providing quality services under the LOGCAP IV contract for assigned Site by providing project management for assigned employees, logistical coordination and liaison with the customer to execute contractual obligation under our Performance Work Statement in a safe manner by strict adherence to company and corporate policies.• Supervise a Team of Craftsmen to perform operation and maintenance for assigned facilities on the Master Schedule of Work• Responsible for logistical coordination to ensure required supplies to execute the mission are procured and delivered to Site• Ensure that all work is accomplished in accordance with the Performance Work Statement and associated Job Plans, Desktop Guides, Standard Operating Procedures and checklist that govern the execution of mission requirements

Iraq

Acting ASM for Camp Baharia. Assigned to Base Closure operations, responsible for coordination with the Site Manager and the Mayor Cell to adhere to a schedule for an orderly Base Closure. Responsibilities included:• Supervising Logistics to ensure that policies and procedures adherence for the orderly turn in of materials to the Warehouse for shipment off site• Submit daily reports documenting adherence to the schedule, meeting minutes with the customer, and the logistical status of the base• Coordinated with the customer over property concerns and inventories• Conducted onsite Camp reviews with the customer to identify friction points for problem resolution• Responsible for the operational oversight of closure until completed

Iraq

Responsible for the continued operation and maintenance (O&M) of assigned facilities for the Military and their contract work force has determined by the Military• Supervise a team of Coordinators, Technicians, and foreign nationals to complete two missions; billeting for my company (KBR) and services for the Military• Service Center oversight as the central location in support of customer operation and maintenance requests to ensure the upkeep of assigned facilities has well has provide a point of contact for the Mayor Cell to communicate various requests to the company, or appropriate parties • Worked closely with the Mayor Cell to ensure the timely processing and completion of service order requests • Provided timely answers to questions from the military regarding contract requirements has it relates to operation and maintenance and scope of work• Responsible for the billeting assignments for KBR and services for the Military (O&M). Maintained occupancy rates and associated reports to project management
