As a committee we will be reviewing and making recommendations to the BOD of OAHI.

I sit on the board of directors and will work together for the betterment of the association and it's members.I am currently assessing the website and looking to improve the functionality of it for the members and the ones who work with it for our membership.

As a committee we plan, organize and run the educational conference for OAHI.My part is to choose and organize the topics and the instructors for around 16 different sessions.There is always a ton to learn and I feel that it is very gratifying to help my colleagues learn the latest and greatest to assist them in their career of home inspection.After all, the more the inspector knows, the more the client is informed of when they are making a decision of whether the home is for them or not.

I have been voted onto the Board of directors for Sunset Villa. I serve as the Restaurant and tenant liaison.This is an association of Danish immigrants and families of. The Sunset Villa is a retreat and campground that was created some years ago to preserve the Danish heritage and has been successful at being a home away from home for Danes that live in Canada.My Parents immigrated in 1962 and have lived here ever since.It is wonderful to have the chance to give back to the association that has given my family so much.After 2 years on the board, I have been re elected and then voted to be the President.I intend to bring back the family values and feel of the association as best as I can.We have a wonderful property and so many things to do and enjoy there is no reason not to smile and enjoy.
