    I began working in training in 2004. CIGNA University was established in 2006 at which time I became responsible for all training associates for CIGNA across the United States and Ireland. This included establishing a new process and organization which eliminated a "stove pipe" approach to sourcing training delivery. Since the establishment of CIGNA University we have outsourced the delivery of training and I now manage the vendor as well as provide interface with our customers in forecasting and resource allocation.
