I began working in training in 2004. CIGNA University was established in 2006 at which time I became responsible for all training associates for CIGNA across the United States and Ireland. This included establishing a new process and organization which eliminated a "stove pipe" approach to sourcing training delivery. Since the establishment of CIGNA University we have outsourced the delivery of training and I now manage the vendor as well as provide interface with our customers in forecasting and resource allocation.

Army Officer serving in Field Artillery positions as well as numerous command and staff positions. Heavy focus on training and operations from the individual and small group to 1000 man battalion up to coordinating military exercises with NATO Nations and former Warsaw Pact nations at the Ambassadorial and Chief of Defense Forces level. Last served in the Office of the Chief of Starff for Operations and Training, Directorate of Training, responsible for forecasting and innovation at three military training centers in the United States and Europe.
