As a passionate advocate for equality and opportunity, I have honed my skills in leadership, team management, and culinary excellence over a 15-year career in catering and hospitality. At Durham University, I developed strong analytical and critical thinking abilities while achieving a 2:1 in Politics, which, combined with my hands-on experience, allows me to approach challenges with a unique perspective. I have successfully led teams to attain and maintain high standards of service delivery while adhering to strict industry regulations, through implementing training programs and appropriate delegation amongst other examples.
