Primary projects in the role included L&K portal for GTS employees, expertise and skills validation cycles, and design and migration of a new learning plan platform for GTS employees.Also responsible for the GTS expertise/skills function for the organization with responsibilities including the structure and maintenance of the expertise taxonomies used by GTS.

Created process used by US and owned technology supporting processes.
