John has implemented strategic marketing plans to support existing and new clients by analyzing, researching, and consulting with the clients to determine their present/future needs for IT Staff Augmentation solutions. He is responsible for mentoring a team of IT Staffing recruiters and office personnel to achieve their objectives for conducting full life cycle recruiting.
