I created and produced digital content messaging and execution for all Ratner Companies brands including Hair Cuttery, Bubbles, Salon Cielo, Salon Plaza and our private label of hair care products, Cibu International with total annual sales averaging approximately $450M. With nearly 1,000 locations and 10,000 field associates.I direct two outside advertising agencies and an in-house team on the different brands they assist. I direct the agencies on television creative, social content and production, direct mail programs, multiple fashion shoots and an ecommerce site. I direct the internal creative and production team on ten different POS programs per year for four different brands reaching nearly 1,000 locations across the country. I produce and personally shoot fashion images and video shoots. These branded POS programs include in store POP and decor items, multiple website updates, email programs and social media content that are updated every six weeks.I am responsible for creating and maintaining operational and production budgets for all brands as well as the performance plans and career development of the internal Creative Services Team. I also create and design recruitment and corporate events for all Ratner brands that include retail sales promotions and training events conducted across the country throughout the year.
