Current• Reviewing budgets, plans, and contracts• Pulling permits and scheduling inspections• Creation and documentation of purchase orders• Ensuring that all requirements of insurance, safety, and company policies are met• Gathering material certifications and creating submittal packages for review per project specifications• Ordering parts and materials• Scheduling the delivery of materials & organization of installation between vendor and field employees• Writing subcontracts• Managing subcontractors • Direct contact for owners, contractors, architects, engineers, and inspectors• Host and attend project meetings• Responsible for accurate project projections and Work In Progress reports• Manage installation and integration of Intelligent Transportation System equipment on large TDOT projects, as well as fiber installation and testing.• Manage installation of traffic signals and interconnection via fiber, copper, and wireless. • Review and approve invoices/credit card charges• Prepare changes orders• Manage the close out of projects: Testing of materials, punch list items, as builts• Completion of projects on time
