In the role, I have been the principal representative regarding the monthly accounting function, 5 year budgets and annual forecastsResponsibilities include:• Budget development and forecasting, incorporating strategic initiatives• Manage accounts (P&L, Balance sheet, Cashflows, variance analysis), ledger structure & maintenance• Key Liaison for Finance with Operational areas (Billing, Sales, Marketing, Trading, Contact Centres)• Develop and Report on KPI’s• Manage Board reporting process via direct liaison with CEO and other Executives• Develop models for business cases and commercial assessments• Lead steering committee meetings, CEO updates, technical meetings and auditor reviews• Manage Accounting, Settlements and Receipting teams (currently 9 staff)
