Senior Business Analyst Fxmm Projects
In this role I am responsible for managing Global FXMM project work for Operations. This requires management of many streams of work concurrently and liaison with stakeholders across Operations, IT, Risk, Front Office and across multiple global sites. The role required me to manage stakeholders expectations and milestones, as well as minimising exposure and risk. I have been able to use my cross functional knowledge to provide logical analysis throughout many system projects, working on system design, business requirements, functional requirements, planning, testing and post implementation support. Key to adding unique value to this role has been bridging the gap between IT and system users in Operations and Front Office. This has enabled me to build strong relationships with many areas of the business and provide exposure to the functions across the bank. In these roles I have been relied as an Operations SME and have been driving STP continually to allow Operations to process the increased volumes.
