Project Manager
Current• Provide construction management to school districts for large educational facilities projects.• Assist with the development of upcoming project scopes, development of baseline costs,involvement in design reviews and monitoring of project scheduling.• Intake, review and respond to RFIs and submittals for each project.• Collaborate with GC, Architect and Client to create resolutions for construction issues and implement those solutions. • Monitor construction progress on all current projects.• Make sure that project closeout are completed in a timely manner.• Prepare, maintain, and manage project documentation including tracking the status of project action items.• Review general contractor’s schedule and make sure that all milestones are met throughout the project.• Communicate project status to school district regularly, thus ensuring that their requirements are achieved.• Collaborate with district staff to make sure that project objectives are met, and to resolve construction issues.• Ensure compliance with DSA with regards to all construction activities on larger projects.• Involved in the commissioning process meetings and oversight of these activities and documentation.• Document progress on all projects in various forms including reports.• Lead initial preconstruction meetings, weekly OAC meetings, and prepare meeting agendas and minutes.• Manage multiple small to large projects simultaneously.
