The Tri-County Council for Southern Maryland was created as a regional planning and development agency for the tri-county area, consisting of all of Calvert, Charles and St. Mary's Counties. The system resulted in a 14 days improvement in accounts receivable days, while improving customer satisfaction and retention.• Developed and implemented a new marketing plan and CRM order process with flat rate billing and card payment processing database system.
