    ABCUL is the leading representative body for credit unions. It promotes the interests of credit unions locally, regionally, nationally and internationally.I am one of two Member Relationship Managers, each looking after 100 credit unions throughout England, Wales and ScotlandCredit Unions pay to join ABCUL, and so I am judged by the value I help to offer. This involves creating, organising and delivering training for our members to enable them to grow their business. A large part of this requires staying up to date with financial legislation, and it is something I enjoy.Our credit unions also each belong to a regional forum, and I work with them to deliver regular meetings to enable learning and sharing of best practice. This can be challenging, but the opportunity to engaged with internal and external stakeholders to deliver meetings of interest is one I enjoy.
