Since 1994 I have specialised in leveraged and structured finance (including acquisitions, MBO's, MBI's and public to private transactions) acting on a regular basis for lenders, private equity houses and borrowers on such transactions. Since 2008 I have broadened my expertise to also include development finance, real estate finance and general corporate banking. My current clients include the UK clearing banks, several foreign banks, debt funds, private equity houses and corporate borrowers.I have a particular expertise in connection with the provision of finance in areas relating to education, healthcare, hospitality and leisure and TMT.I am pleased to be recognised as an expert in my chosen field by the legal directories "Chambers" and "Legal 500" and in particular to be recognised by my clients as having made a significant contribution to the leveraged finance sector resulting in the award from "Acquisition Finance Magazine" of "Leveraged Finance Advisor of the Year for 2009 in the UK".
