Also responsible for the administration of the site and the supervision of two full time Ashcroft employees.Since assuming responsibility for the site, I established a positive and productive relationship with our sub-trades and streamlined a number of the processes involved in production house construction which had resulted in an increase in the quality of the trades’ workmanship as well as a sizeable reduction in the number of back charges normally associated with workmanship deficiencies.
