• Monitored and tracked 3,000 new missing person reports each year, using SPSS and Excel to analyze and manage the cases.

• Appeared as a subject matter expert at the British Columbia Missing and Murdered Women Commission of Inquiry.
• Managed multiple media inquiries in relation to missing person investigations and practices which resulted in limited focus on the Calgary Police Service.

• Co-instructed this course to the RCMP, Calgary Police Service members and social workers after leaving the unit.

• Responsible for conducting investigations at the district level for all Criminal Code offences, that could not be handled at the street level. Such as aggravated assaults, sexual assaults, moderate value frauds.
• Conducted investigation into an international child abduction case. Subsequently drafted a SOP for others to follow from the lessons learned.
