I hold a Bachelor of Science in Geology from Concordia University and have diplomas in post graduate studies from McGill University in Mineral Economics. During my career I have acted a financial and technical consultant for the the mining, oil and gas, power generation sectors to the both small and large banks and corporations, hedge funds and private investors. I have advised on, and structured complex transactions involving non-recourse financing, levered and tax advantaged leases, and forward sales strategies to protect investments and future cash flow. I also have been involved in negotiating mergers and acquisitions, performing mineral asset valuations for regulatory agencies and bankruptcies, asset appraisals, market analyses, and investment portfolio analysis. My primary focus has been on projects located in the USA, Canada and Latin America with particular emphasis on Mexico, Chile and Colombia. Languages include English (mother tongue), French and Spanish.
