This tool was subsequently used by management as a sales tool when presenting to major potential customers.Developed a quality control inspection process from scratch to be implemented to arrest rising product faults including a filing and reporting system that has since been implemented as designed. These efficiency Improvements combined with my performance as part of the technical sales team enabled the company to increase their sales by 23% over their previous record year. The 2007 record year was achieved with five technical Sales team members, the improvements I made enabled the new record year to be achieved with only four technical sales staff.Note Gap in employment between Falk and ATC is due to an extensive holiday travelling in South America.
