As a union shop steward, my duties are critical to ensuring the rights and well-being of union members in the workplace. I play a vital role in advocating for the interests of union members, enforcing collective bargaining agreements, and ensuring fair treatment and working conditions.My key responsibilities include representing union members in disputes with management, ensuring that the collective bargaining agreement is being followed, and communicating with union leadership on behalf of the membership. I work closely with management to resolve conflicts and grievances, advocate for workers' rights, and negotiate on behalf of the union.Additionally, i am responsible for mobilizing union members, building relationships with other unions and community groups, and participating in campaigns to advance workers' rights. Also be responsible for educating union members on their rights and responsibilities, and ensuring that they are aware of any changes to the collective bargaining agreement or labor laws.As a union shop steward, i act as a trusted representative of the union membership, and the duties require a high degree of integrity, diplomacy, and communication skills. Furthermore i work collaboratively with management, while also advocating fiercely for the interests of union members. The role is critical to ensuring that workers are treated fairly and with respect, and that the union can effectively represent its members in the workplace.

Serve the public as an impartial witness in performing a variety of official fraud-deterrent acts related to the signing of important documents. Screen the signers of important documents for their true identity, their willingness to sign without duress or intimidation, and their awareness of the contents of the document or transaction.

As Heavy equipment machine operator and Roads and Grounds team member we are the backbone of daily basewide DPW (Department of Public Works) functions, ensuring that critical infrastructure and machinery are maintained and operational for other civilian contractors, government employees, military personnel and their families. With extensive knowledge of heavy equipment machinery, this operator possesses a keen eye for detail and an unwavering commitment to excellence. The DPW team works tirelessly to ensure that every piece of equipment is functioning at optimal levels, whether it be bulldozers, excavators, loaders, backhoes, tractors, pavers, rollers, asphalt milling machines, large dump trucks, small equipment or other heavy machinery. In addition to their technical prowess, this operator brings a deep sense of dedication to my role in aiding the military. It is understood that our work is critical to the success of the military's mission, and we take that responsibility seriously. We as a team are always willing to go above and beyond to support the military's needs, whether it be through testing machinery or simply lending a hand wherever necessary.Overall, a Heavy equipment machine operator who aids the military as a civilian is a highly skilled, dedicated, and essential member of the team.
