Perform a range duties that will meet the school district's IT needs. My responsibilities are divided into 3 sections: 1) Networks, 2) Servers, and 3) Project Management. As a network administrator, I configure and maintain Cisco and HP switches/routers/firewalls, Ruckus wireless networks, Cisco CUCM/Unity VOIP systems, Sophos XG firewall/Central cloud anti-virus solutions, iBoss webfilter, and more. Systems admin responsibilities include creating GPO's and scripts, configure server services (DNS, DHCP, etc.), server virtualization upkeep (VMware, Hyper-V, and Virtualbox), and maintaining the district web server. I've used multiple system platform which includes Windows, Linux, Apple, and Google G-Suite. Aside from the IT administration side, I also partake in projects, customer support, and staff/student training.

Provide IT support for the school district. Such duties include network engineering of Cisco and Ruckus LAN/WAN infrastructure, monitor network security with our ASA and Barracuda web filter, creating group policies and configuring services (DNS, DHCP, etc.) on Windows server, Google G-Suite administration, training staff, and help troubleshoot any IT related issues.

Provide Apple technical support for Verizon corporate and it's clients regarding iOS devices and applications, assist with Salesforce CRM support, manage asset inventory control (equipment ordering, repair, and disposal), hosting conference troubleshooting sessions via Polycom video conference and/or Cisco WebEx, and to ensure the implementation of project(s) as the project coordinator.

Provided technical support for Apple related products. Such duties include hardware and software support for OS X and iOS devices, resolving network issues, customer relations, and Desktop / Helpdesk support.

Performed Shipping and Receiving duties, Quality Assurance, Desktop / Helpdesk support, Inventory Management, and certified Forklift Operator.

Provided training and handled documentation, developed work plans, implemented time sensitive projects, and performed specific auctions for the company. Additional duties include management substitution for other departments and customer service when needed.
