Managed and maintained Civilian Official Personnel Folders (OPFs) for all Air Force Civilian Employees, responded and coordinated all request of OPFs records from outside federal and civilian agencies. Verified all hard copy/electronic records are correctly maintained, tracked and accounted for in our filing systems and ensure internal OPUS records requests were retrieved within one (1) hour of request. I ensured all necessary records were purged prior to forwarding all OPF folders to NPRC, non-serviced bases, and other agencies in accordance to the Air Force guidelines. I coordinated and responded to all third party agency requests via email or phone and ensure all Master documents and records were processed correctly. I made sure all suspense dates were made within the proper time frame of receipt and all incoming master records from non-serviced bases and other federal and DOD agencies were processed within the proper timeframe. I created and maintained a manifest for each box containing OPF records to ensure proper shipping to NPRC.

Implemented new HR policies improving workflow effectiveness by 80% going from a unsatisfactory to a commendable with the Battalions IG inspectionI processed personnel, disciplinary, and leave actions for all soldiers and officers for the 19th ESC Battalion (3000 soldiers), recorded all statistical and personnel data in a personnel data systems. Created all memorandums for signature for the Company Commander and processed aIl in and out-processing paperwork for all new incoming and outgoing PSCing soldiers and officers. Tracked all incoming military person who were PSCing to our unit and arranged transportation by checking out company vehicle from the motor pool and escorting all new incoming personnel from the airport to their designated assignment.
