I am responsible for the day-to-day management of two shopping centers. Kent Station is four phase mixed-use property located in downtown Kent, Washington. With an emphasis on retail, the project includes a 14 screen AMC theater along with local and national retailers. Kent Station also includes Class A office space and a branch of Green River College which has their main campus in Auburn. Currently the final phase of the project, consisting of 154 residential units, is under construction and set to open in May of 2016. Sunrise Village shopping center is located in south Puyallup off of Meridian Avenue. It is anchored by Target along with junior anchors LA Fitness, PetSmart and Staples. Additionally, Sunrise Village consist of a number local and national retailers including Famous Footwear, Sleep Country, the Ram Restaurant and Qdoba Mexican Grill.

At University Village I was responsible for the day-to-day operations of the shopping center and oversaw a $4 Million annual operating budget. In addition to being a point person for all tenants, I was also responsible for the maintenance and security departments consisting of approximately 25 employees. I also managed tenant improvement projects for existing and new tenants.
