Following acquisition of HBOS by LTSB successfully combined the two specialist mortgage design training teams into one cohesive team of 10 specialist designers across two hubs in Halifax and Gloucester. Transformed face to face training programmes into innovative blended induction programme with increase in sales per review of 17% by month 2 with persistency (cancellations) half the rate of colleagues trained on the previous programme.
