I am an educated and loyal Employee with 15 years of total automotive experience, with 2 years in Service with Tesla. I was chosen by my team to lead the High voltage and Heavy duty department for 1 year before transitioning to a Field Technical Trainer. In my Position I look over 140 technicians at 4 service centers, evaluating and validating each technicians level while progressing their education and knowledge within the company. While in this role I was able to achieve 3 Mastery certifications and advance my own personal growth while working with others to achieve their goals.
