- Responsible for working with the sales and operations team to plan and execute successful projects.- Support operations with procurements of materials and equipment for projects.- Maintain, update, and distribute project documentation such as customer delays, EWOs, purchase order logs, project schedules, forecasting, and performance metrics.

- Support and improve upon preventative maintenance program for equipment.- Analyze equipment maintenance and return on value data and make equipment disposals & acquisitions recommendations.- Develop relationships with external maintenance recourses as well as internal branch recourses. - Support and improve the tooling program to efficiently support BEC projects.- Analyze tool usage and purchase / repair cost to optimize current inventory. - Efficiently move / store / utilize the current fleet of tooling.

- Responsible to assist with the development of the of the projects logistics plan for the mobilization of tooling, equipment, and manpower to BEC projects.- Work closely with the Operations team to develop and maintain schedule.- Creation and maintenance of weekly and monthly inventory reports for tracking equipment. - Responsible for scheduling, shipping of tooling and equipment resources for project mobilization, including DOT permits and required trucking.

- Sales – Sales includes oversight, evaluation, and improvement of the bid, bid review, pricing strategy, and customer maintenance processes in all areas of the Branch (Day Trade Market and Projects).- Project Management – Provide oversight, evaluation, and improvement of the efficiency of the Project Management Team. - Operations – All daily functions of the Branch. These operations include, but are not limited to, managing and coordinating the needs of Barnhart people and equipment to best serve our customer base. Successful execution in operations is defined as safe, profitable work for a customer that will gladly have us back for the next job.- Provide actionable analysis of financial report (P&L, Balance Sheet, etc.) in order to assist in managing branch operations and determine efficient improvements. The key metric for measuring financial performance is return on capital (ROC).

- Responsible for over $5MM annually across 200+ accounts- Responsible for coaching/leading my sales team of 12+ employees to increase sales volume, new item distribution, and building relationship with customers• Manages 3 bin warehouse locations in East Tennessee- Continually make sales calls with top 30 customers monthly to monitor/increase sales by presentation/sales reports to monitor customer performance- Responsible for market development through planograms and display building-

- Successfully complete all activities included in the Sales District - Leader Designate training program- Successfully interact with Customers and effectively sell in and execute sales programs and initiatives- Lead district meetings focused on plan to achieve sales objectives and other goals- Conduct one-with-one meetings with RSR's to discuss performance- Conduct "work-withs" and coaching sessions with RSR's to develop their selling and customer service skills- Coach RSR's to successfully sell against baseline and promotion opportunities- Collect, chart and interpret statistical data; manage multiple tasks simultaneously- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to customers as required
