As an Apprentice Coach Coordinator at Northumbria University, I oversee a team of over 30 coaches who support learners and employers across various degree apprenticeship programs. I have more than four years of experience in this role, and I have recently completed my EPA Assessor qualification through One Awards.My core competencies include ensuring compliance and best practice with the ESFA and Ofsted guidelines, conducting internal audits and peer reviews, recruiting and training coaches, and developing module guides and materials. I also have a background in teaching web technologies, security and computer systems, and HCI at Newcastle College, where I obtained my Level 3 certificate in assessing vocational achievement. I hold a BA Hons in Arts and Design from the University of Sunderland, and I have over 12 years of experience in the advertising industry, producing high-quality artwork for press and print. My mission is to provide quality coaching and education for the next generation of digital professionals.
