-Responsible for managing all modernization bid activity and sales in midtown and downtown Manhattan. -Proactively drive modernization sales within our existing accounts and work to recapture units off portfolio. -Develop partnerships with customers and strong relationships with consultants to grow and expand the business. -Lead monthly sales review meetings with Otis senior executive management team and provide guidance on bid strategy and bid activity. -Currently have a yearly modernization sales plan of $22M and have sold over 250% of my sales plan with awards and bookings of $55M through October 2021. -Awarded and booked a total of $137M in modernization sales and recaptured 144 units from competitors over the past 3 years. -Exceeded 200% of my modernization sales plan in 2018, 2019 and 2020.

-Responsible for managing sales and service operations in NYC, Westchester, and Rockland County, NY.- Key accounts within the territory include Mount Sinai Hospital, Columbia University, Bronx Lebanon Hospital, St. Barnabas Hospital, Morgan Stanley and Pfizer Plant, totaling over 450 units- Monthly maintenance billing revenue of $656,731 from six managed accounts.- Responsible for managing 17 field employees and providing guidance and leadership to ensure that they complete all maintenance tasks within required timeframe. - Direct reports have 100% safety record since management promotion - Maintain profitable relationships with key decision makers of my accounts to build rapport and maximize the opportunity to capture additional business when possible
