Continuation of work with the Nanoelectronic Devices and Systems Group (NEEDS) with professor Kai Ni.Work focuses on disturb-stack engineering and disturb management in logic compatible, high density ferroelectric capacitor arrays. -Designed and fabricated logic compatible ferroelectric capacitors with multi-terminal, bi directional selectors.-Performed TCAD simulations of possible bi-directional selector designs for fabrication.-Characterized devices via analyzing switching dynamics, endurance, and disturb resistance.

Performed research in the Nanoelectronic Devices and Systems Group under professor Kai Ni, focusing on the implementation of ferroelectric materials in capacitors and field effect transistors (FETs) for applications in nonvolatile memory devices.-Designed and fabricated arrays of capacitors and MOSFETs with ferroelectric/dielectric interlayers in a clean room setting. -Learned tools and techniques concerning Magnetron Sputtering (PVD), Atomic Layer Deposition (ALD), Reactive Ion Etching (RIE), Lithography, and Rapid Thermal Processing (RTP), among other processes-Analyzed and tested silicon based devices, focusing on DC-IV characteristics, ferroelectric polarization, CV characteristics, and cycle endurance.

Performed Research under Dr. Svetlana Neretina in the Nanomaterial Fabrication Research Laboratory focusing on the effect of UV and Visible Spectrum light irradiation on nanoimprinted arrays of hexagonal gold nanostructures for applications in Surfaced Enhanced Raman Spectroscopy, catalysis, and remote sensing. -Developed low power, long duration use, microcontroller operated LED system for use in experimentation. -Designed 3D printed components for cutting pure sapphire substrates with synthetic diamond cutters, low light sample storage units for use with developed LED system, and monochromatic LED exposure units for beakers in Solidworks. -Performed statistical analysis and UV-VIS Spectroscopy. Developed water electrolysis procedure for further experimentations in different projects.
