Working in HAECO Cabin Solutions - Hong Kong:● Acted as deputy Head of Section to manage the avionics team. ● Developed the team by creating training materials and conducting training workshops for Avionics team.● Provided design input from customer requirement collection, statement of work definition, design review meetings, implementation support & supervision, after-sale customer care, towards the delivery of projects such as Asiana B747-400 cabin reconfiguration at EGAT in Taipei. ● Monitored and optimized project budget, resources, and schedule of projects, such as being the Project engineer of FLYDUBAI project, which installed WIFI system to B737-8 aircraft in Lufthansa Technik Budapest. ● Substantiated the designs and Interfaced with Certification group and ODA representatives/FAA DER to ensure all the designs met the FAA regulations and HAECO’s standard of quality, such as the installation of AC outlets and USB in-seat power system to Sun Country Airlines B737-800.● Compiled engineering reports & compliance matrix to demonstrate compliance with FAA regulations, such as the Electrical Load Analysis Report for SAUDIA B777-300ER.● Complied/Checked/Substantiated engineering drawings for removal, installation/modification, and testing of various aircraft systems, such as Emergency Exit Path Lighting System (EEPLS), Cabin Lighting, Lavatory Equipment, In-Flight Entertainment, WIFI system, etc. ● Key Achievements:- Led a team of 10 members to provide overseas technical support to one B777-200 prototype aircraft at EGAT, and sped up the implementation from 27 days to 23 days.- Managed the prototype of Flydubai B737-8 in Lufthansa Technik Budapest, and got compliment from customer.

Worked in HAECO Technical Services Department Avionics section:● Liaised with aircraft manufacturers, integrators and vendors with respect to design and technical support matters, such as supporting Delta Airline B767-300 Lie Flat Modification Project in HK, Virgin Atlantic Airways B747-400 Cabin Interior Modification Project in China.● Improved customer experience by addressing and solving technical problems raised by customers and maintenance staff. ● Reviewed technical documents (such as Service Bulletins and Airworthiness Directives) and made recommendations to Bahrain Air with respect to cost and benefit, material lead-time, and maintenance schedule. ● Compiled an HKAR-183 aircraft report to support the application for the Issuance of Certificate of Airworthiness (C of A) in Transport Category (Passenger) Certification of one A320 of HONG KONG EXPRESS AIRWAYS by verifying the compliance with Hong Kong Airworthiness Notices (HKAN) and AN(HK)O 1995 in electrical aspects.● Developed Change Bulletins for several METROJET LTD. aircraft under HKAR-21J, such as the deactivation of Airshow System for Gulfstream G200.
