As a computer technician with over 10 years of experience, I am an energetic problem solver who is highly effective both in a team and independent environment. I am highly organized and detail-oriented, with a solid understanding of Windows 3.11-11, MacOS, and intermediate Linux OS skills. My advanced troubleshooting skills and intermediate networking skills make me a valuable asset in any technical team. Currently, I am working as a Support Instructor/Grader at Commonwealth Coders, where I assist lead instructors with curriculum development, help students with coding issues and technical problems, and provide feedback to students regarding their exercises and projects. Previously, I worked as a Service Manager/Technician at Computers Plus, where I was responsible for all repairs, upgrades, and service procedures. I also trained store personnel in service-related issues, managed inventory, and provided direct customer relations for both sales and service. My passion for technology started at an early age and led me to pursue an education in Electronics Engineering at ITT Technical College, San Diego. Recently, I completed a Web Development course at Commonwealth Coders where I honed my HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, React, JavaScript, and Python skills. Additionally, I am currently pursuing a Certified Ethical Hacker certification at Hack the Box Academy where I am developing my Linux OS, BASH scripting, and network analysis skills. I am seeking an environment where I can best utilize my skills and develop new ones. I am excited to bring my expertise to a team that shares my passion for technology and is committed to solving complex technical problems.
