Volunteered at Forever Angels Baby Home for 2 months which provides interim care for orphaned and abandoned children. In this role, I supported the Mama’s with looking after children 0-5 years old, and also helped the organisation streamline and digitalise their volunteer recruitment database.

Completed graduate thesis under the University of Sydney Major Industrial Placement Program (MIPPS) for high achieving students. Topic was based on an active project Veolia was working on. The focus was complex heavy metals removal from gold extraction process water using coagulation and flocculation. Participated in laboratory testing, analysis of results, worked in a team environment, had interface with suppliers and sub-contractors and completed the thesis course requirements whilst working full time. Achieved a distinction grade.
