Continuous Improvement ManagerPrysmian Jun 1998 - Jan 2001Responsible for the introduction of a continuous improvement strategy using a mix of techniques including, TPM, SMED and Kaizen. A plan was delivered by setting up a selection of KPI measures and control charts with six initial improvement projects targeting maximum return on investment of resources. The Continuous Improvement activity was supported by a department of 120 staff and operators, with each production line engaged in a project. The process was integrated into standard management practice by developing and implementing a shop floor computer system.
