Contracted as an Instructional Designer at Agusta Westland based in Yeovil to design system lessons for the AW169 and AW189 helicopter. Designing various lessons which includes Equipment and Furnishings – Emergency Equipment Lesson and Engine Lessons for the AW169 and AW189 aircraft using Outstart Evolution Learning Content Management System (LCMS). Data gathering and storyboarding using Microsoft Office suite. Reviewing course content with the SME and the appropriate training authority.

Worked on the United Kingdom Military Flying Training System (UKMFTS) Training Design involving the development of documentation in accordance with DSAT for the Advanced Jet Pilots, Fixed Wing Pilots and Rear Crew career courses.Reviewed the Operational Performance Statements (OPS) to identify the correct Training Objectives (TOs) for the Advanced Jet Training (AJT) and Fixed Wing Rear Crew positions. Compiled Training Objectives, Enabling Objectives, Sortie Tasks and Key Learning Points for 23 aircrew positions.Used Data Management systems to control all documents for auditing purposes. Liaised with senior management, key training personnel and customer focus groups to identify the training need, resource requirements.
