  I joined Ashtons Estate Agents, Welwyn Garden City office, in 1990. Originally employed as a Sales Manager, working alongside the Managing Director. Over the years my department has expanded considerably and I now oversee an exceptionally talented, highly motivated and effective team. Following my promotion to Associate Director in 2009 and to Director in 2015, I also use my experience and highly energised approach to work within the Ashtons Management team.
