The main duties of this role included the instillation, replacement, testing and inspection of varied electrical metering equipment. Utilizing a company vehicle I travelled to a wide variety of domestic and small business properties across Sussex and was required to give a high level of customer service both over the phone and in person. As a mentor I was also able to pass on my skills on a one to one basis to new starters in the field.

As a night manager I was responsible for all the goings on of the hostel during the night time hours. It was a varied role which included running the reception and bar, preparing the kitchen for service in the morning, and any customer service problems which arose. Particular emphasis is put on the safeguarding of guests; as many were young and or vulnerable. I was also responsible for administrative duties such scheduling, payroll and risk evaluations as well as responding to reviews on social media.

As a telephone interviewer I provide a voice for the company. In my role I conduct interviews and questionnaires with respondents in The United Kingdom, Ireland, The United States and The Middle East to provide our clients with invaluable information on a wide range of subjects. I have worked on a broad range of international projects researching not only members of the public but also business and qualified individuals responding in a professional capacity.

The Hardrock cafe is one of the busiest and most recognisable restaurants in Amsterdam as well as a flagship for a well known brand. In my position as a server I balanced giving an excellent customer experience, professionalism and salesmanship practices within a high pressure environment. As a rocker I also provided leadership and a point of communication between the management and the server department. In this supervisory role I organized duties, found solutions for operational challenges and resolved conflicts within the team in the busiest weekend and evening shifts.

As the most senior manager on site I had total responsibility for the day to day operational and administrative running of my location. One of my main roles was the not only the setting of personal targets, but then the training and mentoring of colleges to assist them in reaching those targets. The store layout and merchandising of stock to maximise the impact of our marketing to our customers in store was also a major role of mine. I had many duties however including the efficient budgeting and scheduling of staff, cash handling and stock management. I also took the opportunity to bring this role to the road working on a mobile shop touring UK music festivals in the summer of 2009. Doing this I was facing the new challenges of working outdoors in a hectic environment with new staff every week. In the end I gained an excellent reputation in the external events department as someone able to take initiative and get things done whilst quickly building positive relationships with the colleagues around me.

Within my employment here I worked in two capacities. My first role was the running of asmall art gallery attached to the main shop. My main responsibilities were determining thelayout of the gallery, keeping it clean and tidy as well as selling our products. My second rolewas in the Cathedral's stores, managing and storing stock. This involved the checking ofinvoices against deliveries, shop floor replenishment, readying stock for the shop floor andlarge amounts of manual handling.

This large stationery chain employed me over several years, first as a shop floor sales assistant,where I gained a good grounding in customers services and advanced my communicationskills. Later I became a stock room manager for a large store ,directing and accounting for theincome and return of a huge volume of stock. Finally I took a role as the head of anentertainments department (DVDs CDs and games) responsible for all areas of itsperformance.
