Represents owners and developers in the entitlement process, including development planning, annexation, zoning, analysis of applicable regulations, and environmental issues. He has extensive experience in evaluating and facilitating development projects in the City of San Antonio. He has assisted with all types of real estate projects from residential, commercial and industrial developments to complex master planned communities. He has worked closely with environmental interest groups, neighborhood associations, city staff, city council, and boards and commissions throughout the development process.

Rresponsible for performing administrative and supervisory work requiring extensive knowledge and ability in the field of Urban Planning. Assists the Director in the administration of planning studies and programs. Work involves responsibility for maintaining existing programs and developing new, innovative planning programs in support of the general plan for the comprehensive development of the City. Responsible for the formulation, coordination, and research of specialized planning activities to include comprehensive planning, accessibility planning, transportation, land use, zoning, neighborhood and urban design, current planning or data management. Exercises direct supervision over all levels of assigned staff.
