As the Regional Recruiting Manager it is my responsibility to select qualified applicants for the Professional Sales Representative and Management field. I screen, interview, and select these individuals for future hiring opportunities. I network with local community and industrial members to provide the financial services to individuals, families, and business members.

After 4 years as an infantry Marine, I volunteered as a Recruiter in the Cincinnati Ohio area. While there I was recognized numerous times from my seniors and peers. I was responsible for screening and qualifying men and woman of specified age groups for enlistment into the Marines. In a 39 month time period I place 103 men and women into the Corps.
