I am passionate about making a difference. Manufacturing is about converting raw materials into a desirable and useful product through the addition of people's talents and contributions. I have experience helping every step of the process to work better. I do this through engineering, project management, problem solving, focusing on the constraints, and improving communications at every step of the process.Out of all of my experiences I enjoyed helping customers in the medical education space the best. The product helped clinicians, sales people and educators to better train clinicians in medical procedures. It was the application of listening, applying the right materials, tooling and processes combined with a great team that made the work satisfying and fun.
