I have performed and directed a wide-variety of activities, including Nadcap Accreditation (National Aerospace & Defense Contractors Accreditation Program), ISO 9001 Certification. I am also responsible for Jamestown Electro Plating (JEP) being awarded Supplier Merit - Extended Frequencies of Audits, by Performance Review Institute (PRI) for effective implementation of Nadcap guidelines. I possess outstanding analysis and problem-solving abilities and am adept at determining specifications, designing and/or improving current processes, and authoring all documentation. During my career, I have designed numerous new processes for SKF Aeroengine and many other Aerospace customer applications. My companies success in meeting customers’ expectations is a testament of my hard work and technical abilities in directing teams, projects, and departments. As a former plater, data control person, quality systems manager, internal auditor, scheduler, and purchaser to name a few of my past and present duties, I am very knowledgeable of what it takes to produce a quality product for our customers. I am extremely knowledgeable in all Microsoft Office programs and the database used to process parts at JEP. I have been certified by PPG Industries for Training Courses:- Pre-treatment Seminar - Electrocoat Advanced TrainingI am an AESF Certified Electro Finisher (CEF) and possess a Certification for Honeywell Engines, Systems & Services Source Certifying Agent in the Category of Chemical Processing (Families: Cleaning/Etch and Plating)
