Operation Iraqi Freedom

Served as a Civil Affairs A-Team leader in a Civil-Military Operations Center (CMOC) supporting the Regional Reconstruction Team (RRT) in Irbil, Iraq. Worked closely with representatives from the local through Ministry-level Iraqi government, the United Nations, US Army Corps of Engineers, the US State Department, the U.S. Agency for International.

Developed numerous training support packages (TSP) for Platoon through Brigade to facilitate training at home station and CTCs. These TSPs were the first of their kind to incorporate FBCB2/BFT equipped units conducting training in simulation. Provided training evaluations for these units as they executed the TSPs.
