Accounting, financial & tax reporting and Treasury support for the exploration and development of Geothermal steam/brine resources and the construction and operation of electrical power plants generated from Geothermal energy in the United States, Indonesia and The Philippines.

Managed the accounting function at the former Unocal headquarters office from date of acquisition by Chevron through final integration with Chevron's accounting and internal control systems. Activities managed included regular monthly financial closings for former consolidated Unocal operations and the aggregation and review of financial and operating data for former Unocal operations included in the quarterly and annual filings of Chevron Corporation. Provided governance over the reporting and valuation of proved hydrocarbon reserves for the former Unocal worldwide properties in keeping with SEC rules and regulations and application of best practices of both Unocal and Chevron. This guidance included independent reviews of business units' recommended reserve changes and changes in the Standardized Measure of Discounted Future Net Cash Flows therefrom.

Preparation of quarterly 10-Q and annual 10-K filings and various S-1 and S-3 and S-8 registration statements with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. Development, testing and maintenance of various internal controls covering financial reporting and periodic reporting thereon. Jointly with the Company's legal, communications and investor relations departments review and issue Annual Reports, press releases and other disclosures of operating and financial data to the public. Periodicaly brief the Board of Directors on S.E.C. & F.A.S.B developments and their potential impact on the company. Working with the Company's actuaries and public accountants calculate and disclose the accounting and funding status of various pension and pension related obligations. Working with the Company's reservoir engineers calculate,verify and disclose the present value of future cash flows from the Company's proved reserves of crude oil and natural gas.
