Air Export-Process and follow Shipper's Letter if Instructions accurately. -Prepare and process Airway Bills, Insurance Certificates,Certificates of Origin, Consular Documents, Shipper's Export Declarations, and Customs Invoices. Process documentsthrough the system-Knowledge of using FREIGHT STREAM&OPUS systems.-Schedule an appointment to arrange trucks to pick up freight from customers.-Arrange, book, and confirm cargo space on aircraft. Coordinate the ordering of cargo to the airport/gateway.-Participate Air Export handling through study, as well as courses and seminars presented by the Company and otherapproved sourcesOcean Export-Create major Booking with HMM and One-Line and Vanguard for customer shipments.-Working with FCL and LCL shipment to exportting out of USA.-Create M/BL and H/BL documents to submits each steamship company in order to Vessel departs.Working with several drayage company to get loading complete in Southeast region location.Warehouse-Operated forklifts to load and unloaded freight from Container or Truck(LTL). -Rebuild the Pallets to freight avoid from damage.-Moved freight, stock and other materials to and from storage and production areas and loading docks.
