Whether working with people selling homes, buying homes or looking to invest in properties, Johns' goal is to consistently keep an open and honest dialogue with his clients. He has a track record of recognizing clients needs with eighteen years working as an advocate for his patients while practicing as a chiropractor in South Pasadena. As a great preparation for a real estate career, John worked with attorneys on injury cases by providing patient care, negotiating liens between involved parties, and interceded and resolved issues with workman's compensation and insurance companies on his patients' behalf. His years of experience in this field proved invaluable as they also instilled in him the value of individual attention to his clients and the knowledge of how to protect their best interests and deliver unparalleled service to retain their trust and build lifelong relationships.John developed an appreciation for design and architecture at an early age. He graduated from Immaculate Heart College with a degree in music composition and psychology and went on to study fine art. In France he studied music, mathematics and computer assisted composition with Iannis Xenakis. Xenakis was a composer, architect and engineer who pioneered the use of mathematical models in music and combined music with pre-existing spaces or designed spaces for specific compositions. He was hired as an engineer/architect in the team of Le Corbusier and worked with him on many notable projects including the new city that Le Corbusier began building in 1951 in Chandigarh, India, the Tourette Monastery in Lyon, France and the Phillips Pavilion for the 1958 World’s Fair in Brussels to name a few. John received grants from the French Minister of Culture, The Gulbenkian Foundation, The Foundation of France, les disques Phonogram, les disques Erato, les edition Salabert and Polydor International to study with Karlheinze Stockhausen and Iannis Xenakis in France
