My role while working with Menards is to accurately and timely place merchandise from the Menards warehouse onto the conveyor system to ensure products get to retail stores in an appropriate time. At the same time I was responsible for ensuring the conveyor system functioned properly by making congested sections of track cleared of jams.

In order to maintain a clean and safe environment for clients to walk through and not track construction residues into occupier sections of the building. When sections of the job site were finished with the remodels, my role was to clean through the room making them look like new products before the clients started to move into the spaces.
