• Provides programmatic oversight of national and Washington, D.C. specific hotlines. This included the successful spend down of $90,000 in funding from the Office of Victim Services and Justice Grants on new program start up• Acted as site administrator for HMIS and Apricot databases and oversees data entry into Osnium database for survivors of intimate partner violence. • Acted as the Program Manager for Families First DC initiative: responsible for the planning and designing of outreach, measurement and evaluation strategies as well as the opening and management of the Washington Highlands Family Success Center while serving as key point of contact to community residents and stakeholders for all Ward 8 related services• Designed and implemented strategic outreach initiative for Families First project which included developing outreach tool and focus group guide, supervising a team of two, and personally administering outreach tool and moderating focus groups to reach over 150 residents within catchment area• Developed and managed housing program which included program design and providing housing support to clients across sites in Washington, D.C. and Silver Spring in the form of eviction prevention assistance, housing consultation, employment support, financial management and connection to DC housing resources• Facilitated Inclusionary Zoning (IZ) housing initiative workshops in partnership with the DC Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD) providing orientation training up to three times per month for upwards of 30-50 participants • Served as Administrator for Apricot software and as lead in maintaining and working in NowPowsoftware in addition to assisting with the development and implementation of data tracking and measurement tools
