Unlike many of my CPA and CMA associates, I have always enjoyed the marketing side of the business. No matter whether it is my company or one of the companies that I am consulting, I have always been actively involved in the recruiting and training of the accounting and marketing staff. It makes me very proud that many of my former accountants and controllers are now CFOs..
